COUNCIL BLUFFS, Iowa -- The NOC Mavs had two wrestlers win matches in the NJCAA Wrestling Championship in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

John Marriott and Christian Clark each won two matches but fell in the consolation rounds.

Marriott, a freshman from Katy, Texas, won his first two matches at 133 pounds but then dropped two in consolations while Clark, wrestling at 285 pounds, won his first two matches but also fell in consolations.  

The Mavs finished 40th in the team standings.
