Courtlyn Traxler hit six 3-pointers for NOC Tonkawa as the Lady Mavs earned their first win in 2025-26 in n 80-58 win over Tabor JV Monday night.

Traxler led the Lady Mavs with 18 while Viola Tadja also reached double figures with 12.  Kyra Criss added 11 and Amber Brazendale 10 for NOC.

The Lady Mavs controlled Monday's contest throughout as NOC built a 41-24 halftime lead.  Monday's game was never in question as the Lady Mavs built as much as a 25 point lead in the second half.

"We're still seeing improvement," said coach Greg Krause.  "Our shooting percentages and rebounding looked good. We're still focused on limiting turnovers which were too high again."

NOC travels to Arkansas City, Kansas, on Tuesday for a date against Cowley (KS) at 5:30 p.m.
