NOC Lady Mav Shelby Rayner signed with Northwestern State (LA) Wednesday at the Foster-Piper Fieldhouse Harrison Room.

Rayner, originally from Tasmania, Austrailia, averaged 14 points and four assists for the Lady Mavs in 2021-22.
