MIDWEST CITY, Okla. -- NOC Tonkawa dropped conference games to Rose State 11-1 and 4-2 on Sunday in Midwest City.
The Mavs (28-24) fell to 5-17 in conference while Rose State (30-17) improved to 13-7 in league.
In Game 1, the Mavs were outhit 14-2 in the 11-1 loss.
Breeanna Gomez had a double for the Mavs in the 2nd inning and scored on a Brooklyn Ray single for the lone Mavs run.
Kaidince Calvert, Adisyn Peetoom, and Kennedy Zook worked for the Mavs in the circle.
In Game 2, Gomez and Paiton Hedges homered in the 4th inning for the Mavs runs, both solo shots.
It was Hedges' 16th of the year and the 9th for Gomez.
Peetoom worked a six inning complete game allowing three earned runs on six hits.
What's Next: The Mavs end the regular season with a doubleheader Thursday, May 7, against NOC Enid at Pacer Field. First pitch is 2 p.m.
