The NOC Mavs shot 62% from the floor and 50% from 3-point range in a 100-69 rout of Labette (KS) on Friday.
Ryan Rodriguez led the Mavs with 21 points off the Maverick bench. Caison Cole and Xon Williams each tallied 14 points each while Jaydon Awe added 10.
Friday's game was never in doubt as the Mavs blasted out to a 56-35 lead at half and built the lead to as much as 35 in the Maverick win.
Awe led the club with 10 rebounds while James Murray had five assists. Williams added three steals.
"The guys came in ready and prepared for Labette's pressure and we were able to build a big lead with our own defense leading to a lot of easy offense," said Brandon Gossett. "We are taking strides in the right direction every game."
The Mavs (7-4) host Southwest Christian on Tuesday, Dec. 9, at the Foster-Piper Fieldhouse.
