NJCAA Region 2 named the All-Region and Gold Glove Teams this week.

Sophomore catcher Blade Carver was named MVP and also the Gold Glove winner.

Redshirt freshman Joseph Canzoni was named the Gold Glove winner at 3B.

Carver hit .391 with 23 home runs and 73 runs batted in for the Mavs with 21 stolen bases.

He made just three errors in 58 games throwing out seven on the bases.

Canzoni fielded at a .937 clip for the Mavs starting six double plays for NOC.

Coach Michael Keeran was named the Coach of the Year for the Western Division.
